June 9th, 2015: After loitering about and filming in a segment of dead elevated railway in Long Island City, I soon stumbled into this bird in apparent distress. So I drove back for a box, into which I promptly stuffed the barely-resisting, emaciated pigeon to be taken to the good people over at Wild Bird Fund: http://www.wildbirdfund.org/ (the organization is donation-based)
