食材：
麻油 4大匙
薑 10-12片
雞 半隻 （或雞腿肉六片）
乾香菇 6朵
白米/糯米 1碗
米酒 1碗
水 1碗

調味

煮雞肉： 鹽/醬油/雞粉 少許
煮米：鹽/醬油 少許

起鍋時放約一大匙的枸杞子拌勻然後悶個幾分鐘就可以吃了喔。
