Good Coffee, Good Food - Bangkok May 2015

 A visit to 2 highly recommended places in Bangkok, Ceresia Coffee Roasters and Charley Brown's Mexican Cantina. Both the coffee and food later were outstanding.

 Ceresia Coffee Roasters: Ordered a flat white and a chocolate brownie. I was starving so that accounts for how fast I devoured the offerings. The coffee was perfectly balanced, not too weak/strong. The brownie was a little too rich for my taste so I'd probably go for the carrot cake or a pastry next time. (Coffee 95 baht, brownie 75 baht, Total = 170 baht) 

Location: 593/29-41 Sukhumvit Soi 33/1, Bangkok, Thailand. Near Phrom Phong BTS Station. Opening hours are 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday closed all day).

Charley Brown's Mexican Cantina: Ordered some tacos, 2 hard shell beef and one soft shell chicken along with a bottle of Beer Laos. The tortilla chips with salsa at the start were complimentary. This place never seems to disappoint as the food was great as usual. A little messy but that is nothing out of the ordinary for Mexican food. 
(with the 3 for 2 on the tacos, total bill = 302.5 baht)
