Quilted Squares Bring Hope, Friendship for Peace

Through her non-profit organization, Communities of Peace, activist Gerry Eitner has invited children around the world to express their thoughts about peace in a creative way. She has been working on a worldwide quilting project where children add their own unique patchwork to an immense quilt, called the Children's Cloth of Many Colors. As Faiza Elmasry tells us in this report narrated by Amy Katz, Eitner has also inspired an American school to create another quilt as a gift for a sister school in Kabul, Afghanistan.
