Abandonment can be a real challenge to overcome. Being raised fatherless, Devin Tyler felt the void of not having a genuine father figure to rely on, or to learn from. There was no father figure around to teach him how to be a good man; therefore Devin often relied on the negative influence of his peers, which landed him into trouble often.
Devin’s talent in sports led him from high school football to the NFL, but the journey was much more of a struggle for him due to the absence of his father.
