5/27/15 - Not super happy with Power Up Box - Broken item and potential missing item?  Others received a Sonic the Hedgehog plush keychain with zipper pouch.  I'm not quite sure why they would get something additional, unless that was their "free gift" for signing up for a whole year?  Anyone have any ideas?

5/28/15 (UPDATE) - Contacted Customer Service late last night and they told me that they would refund me $3 for the pen and that the Sonic Plush Keychain was the mystery gift for their year long subscribers.  Makes more sense now, but they should definitely put a note in there for those people. Quick response though, so happy with my experience working with them.
