Lil Duval is no stranger to the camera or to your mobile devices as he has used social media as one of his many stepping stools to reach his present platform of success.

Lil Duval who's real name is Roland Powell, was born somewhere in the hood of Duval county florida. And to pay respect to his home, he named himself Lil Duval as he is well, little, yet though unhesitant to go back to the traps of the hood where he came from and show us how real it once was. And though he may not be the tallest man, he speaks with a voice that is one of clarity, determination, and an understanding of his brand, and most importantly his audience.

Lil Duval has a loyal fan base that stems back to his early days of performing in small comedy clubs in ATL, like the Uptown Comedy Corner. From there he honed in on his craft and began to finally be appreciated for the gift within him as audiences embraced his lackluster and witty personality. The gift within Roland is that of not only one to make you laugh, but of one to make you mad as hell at him for saying some sh*t that offended you. But then you had to check yoself' because in the heat of your reply to his insensitive statement about the passing of that celebrity you gave little to no f&#ks about the day before, you realized that somewhere somebody laughed at that tweet. He brings the often perceived lofty social media celebrity community back down to the reality in which many of these broke celebrities truly are in. He brings light to the fact that many people put on masks of care and concern or luxury and riches when truly it's all a facade for your "followers". Salute to the genuine aspects of his character and the esteem of his wit. Follow @LilDuval on Istagram and Twitter.
