Two PAT Light Rails and a "ghost"

Note: The "ghost" part is not intended to be clickbait, though it obviously wasn't real either. I caught two Pittsburgh Light Rails today, one on the way to my grandparents' house, and the other on the way back to the Comfort Inn. No Light Rails while I was there unfortunately. In between that, I took a short video of the ghost lights my grandmother set up behind the house that look like a ghost. There's also a bat-like appearance on the side of the house. For the case of the Light Rails, the first one passes by Trolley Stop Inn, and might be going home for the night, while the other just arrived at the end of the Blue Line at Library Station and was pulling forward in preparation to turn around and head back to Pittsburgh.
