Noel ‘Shelter EP’ PRGRAM054 Released 16th March Returning to Program, Russian drum & bass stalwart Noel brings a three-track EP to realign you with his harmonic production signature. Sister-label of the imperative Ram Records imprint, Program has prided itself in delivering a wide selection of styles. The ‘Shelter EP’ is a perfect example, with records like ‘Bowwow’ bringing an element of funk, ‘Cosmic’ igniting more smooth liquid undertones and ‘Shelter’ providing steppy synth layering. So once again, it’s time to get with the Program, one which remains a pinnacle of the drum & bass underground. https://soundcloud.com/noel_dnb http://www.ramrecords.com https://www.facebook.com/ProgramMusic http://www.twitter.com/ProgramMusicLTD www.youtube.com/RamRecordsTV
