- Hands: offset (loop sequence: quarter-same to quarter-opposite)
- Poi: composite-same (loop sequence: quarter-same to 2:1 poly-same)

Useful base skills:
4-petal antispin and extension
Cut the antispin and the extension in half and put the pieces together.
