just like the rinse cycle, this is repeated after rinses 1,2 and 3. this one is after rinse 1. also the balance sensor gives a bit more give in the unbalanced load, so it is more likely to spin when a bit unbalanced. however it will still not spin if very unbalnced and after 2-3 mins will cancel and go into the next rinse.
