Restaurants across Northeast Wisconsin are gearing  up for their busiest stretch of Friday nights. Places like The Roxy Supper Club in Oshkosh serve nearly 400 people each Friday during lent.

Customers keep coming in, despite the higher cost for Perch this season. "Biggest thing in a fish fry are perch and haddock," The Roxy Supper Club owner Robert Wolf explained. "Perch are big and there's a shortage so its a matter of supply and demand driving that price up."
