Oklahoma City Police arrived on the scene just before 10PM on March 29th ​and found 40-year-old Raymond Pascher trapped inside his vehicle. 

Acting quickly, an officer smashed the driver-side window and pulled Pascher out of harms way as fire began to engulf his car. The victim had no idea how the accident had occurred but alcohol was reported on his breath as they pulled him out. 

Pascher will likely be arrested for driving under the influence after he recovers from his injuries in the hospital.
