The cycle parts industry in Ludhiana, the heart of cycle manufacturing in India, is now on the decline, owing to the lack of economics of scale, tough competition from china made parts and the lack of government support. Now, it will be interesting to see, what will be there in the Budget 2013 for Indian cycle industry.
