Right after the MN Governor Candidate's Education Debate, I talked to Horner about Republican Candidate Tom Emmer's push to restrict Federal Laws from Minnesota. ;New laws, would have to have the approval of the House, Senate and Governor, and would that ever happen?Then we turned to one of his interesting comments I tweeted during the debate, that he wanted to not focus on the "how much" of education but the why and how.
