Today I'm looking at the new Deus Ex, Mankind Divided. I'm playing with my EyeX which adds a lot of cool features to the game including freelook, hud dimming, cover movement, and more.

How Eye Tracking Works in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

The new Deus Ex: Mankind Divided comes with a ton of new toys to make gamers salivate. With eye tracking integration, your experience is enhanced further as your natural, intuitive gaze makes you feel part of this futuristic world through targeting and easy-navigation features. Become one with Deus Ex protagonist, Adam Jensen, and use your eyes to target enemies and explore the dystopian universe with the deepest level of immersion. 
 
Aim at gaze:  With Tobii Eye Tracking, gaze, aim, and click to activate a well-timed uppercut or simply fire away. It's your choice

Extended View: Explore the dystopic world that surrounds you in Deus Ex, just by staring at the edges of the screen. Look to the edge of your screen and the game’s camera will pan – giving you a wider field of view with just a glance. Your natural eye movement immerses you further into the game’s environment and lets you control what you want to see.

Icarus Dash at gaze: Lets you use your controls in a more fluid manner. Simply look in a direction you want Adam to move in – even vertically. 

Interact at gaze: Move effortlessly using your natural gaze to intuitively interact with objects. Just look at an object, press a button, and instinctively interact with it. Easy come-easy go. 

Clean UI: All the UI elements which remind you that you are playing a game fade away. Look and they’ll appear; look away and they’ll become nearly transparent. In a boss fight, you’ll be able to check your vital stats. If you want to, when you want to.

Quick Inventory Items: Quickly select items in Augmentations or Inventory by gaze and gamepad combination.
