Protests continued Tuesday in Istanbul, Turkey at the World Bank and International Monetary Fund's annual meeting. Despite numerous arrests during the sometimes violent protests, policy makers and economists for the world lending institutions say they are making progress in meeting the changing demands of the world's poorest countries.
