Best watched at 720p. Sockeye salmon return in huge numbers to the Adams River to spawn, this run is thought to be the best since 1913 with an estimated 30 million sockeye returning. This video was filmed using a Canon 5DmkII, GoPro Hero HD, and a Sony HVR-Z1u. I should mention the GoPro Hero HD is in the EyeOfMine housing which has a flat lens port. The standard GoPro housing has a curved lens port that really distorts the image when underwater. Oh, and as a note, no salmon were disturbed in the filming of underwater shots - they told me so!
