Employers who want to apply for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program under the Hospitality Sector Pilot Project need to meet the Service Canada employer criteria for the Pilot Project for Occupations Requiring Lower Levels of Formal Training -- NOC C and D - as well as agree to the program parameters. They need to possess a Service Canada Labour Market Opinion Confirmation and meet the salary, accommodation and other conditions. The employers also need to demonstrate that they have tried to recruit from the local work force and failed. Also, the employers need to establish the candidate's English language proficiency, and if needed they must provide language training. The employer needs to provide a Recruitment and Settlement Plan and copies of both the employer-employee contract and the offer of permanent employment.
