Apparently, a family of rats have taken up residence along the fence of my work. The best part is they conveniently built their nest right in front of the drive-thru window of the pharmacy so I can watch them scamper about. Because they're smart asses, they also built their nest next to the rat trap as a way of saying "FUCK YOU!!" to the exterminator. Rats are smart creatures. I don't know why they thought they could fool them with traps. I give it a month and we'll be up to our asses in frolicking rats. Because I like to watch the mama and her babies run around, they've become our unofficial work mascots. The pharmacist and I thought about putting some peanuts out there for them but I don't think the exterminator would appreciate it if we foiled his attempts to catch the rats. After all, the rats are doing a great job of that themselves, ROFLMAO!!
