Welcome to the Simarchy Channel! This is a Sims 3 house tour of the base game homes pre-built in Sunset Valley. Some homes are empty, others have pre-made families living in them. I decided to tour all of the homes in Sunset Valley so you can get a closer look at the amazing houses created for us to use! You can move into an empty house, play as a family already created for you, or evict the family and use the house for your own Sims. So many options, so little time!! Which is your favorite Sunset Valley home?!  

In this video I tour:
Home 1: Myrtle Bungalow - 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom located at 3 Sung Song Ave built on 30x20 lot
Home 2: Wan-Goddard Household - Raggio del Sole - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms located at 1 Sung Song Ave built on a 20x30 lot
