This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Through his personal experience he describes who is the "el - lean" and how to find that person. He explains the power of adaptability in business and the necessity of it especially through economic crisis.  

Antonis is a serial entrepreneur, he started his career opening an online shop with sport goods and managed to expand opening 6 stores in Greece. He also got involved with startups, creating 2 different ones, mageca,www.mageca.com , and liateR ( Retail reversed ). For both his ideas, he got inspired by the interaction of humans with smart devices.
