Axe had an explosive end to the year with his performances at Dreamhack Denver and Smash Summit 5. At Dreamhack, Axe had an impressive 3rd place finish, defeating Syrox, Mew2King, SFAT, and S2J. He had a similar performance at Smash Summit 5, where he got 1st seed in his pool with wins over Hax$, SFAT, and Mew2King. Axe finished at 5th place in the final after defeating SFAT and Mew2King yet again! As of now, Axe is a strong contender for being ranked 7th in this year’s SSBM Rankings and we couldn’t be more proud!
