Smokey Eyes are basically layering colours from light to dark repeatedly, especially if you are a beginner in make-up doing thins multiple layering will make it easier to create the same look. DO NOT BE AFRAID to invest in BOLD colours, because you can always tone down the pigment and make it into a calmer colour, and it's always nice to have risky colours around for parties and special occasions!
