The Johnny Appleseed Festival returns for the 44th year this weekend and organizers are getting ready to host hundreds of thousands of visitors. Visitors can browse clothing, candies, soaps and satchels, and other handmade goods. Plus there will be demonstrations, entertainment, and loads of delicious food. The event is rain or shine, and runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Johnny Appleseed and Archer Parks.
