OMG It's Friday!! Finally!! It's the weekend, the warm weather is here. That means it's time to spend more time in the back yard doing a little barbecuing. I mean the main course is easy Burgers, Hot Dogs, Ribs... but side dishes.. that's the part that you just do the same ones over and over. So I like to take those dishes and twist them. Make something new out of them. So I give to you the Avocado BLT Potato Salad. There maybe 2 other potato salads I like more than this one. South Moon BBQ's Southern Fried Potato Salad and my Bacon Sriracha Potato salad. For this one with the combination of flavors and OMG I love Avocado! You guys simply need to try this one. So next time you fire up that grill and want a really cool side dish... just remember this one lol.

Total Time: 20 Minutes
Makes: 6 Servings

2 lb. Red Potatoes
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Green Onion, Chopped
2 Tbsp. Sweet Relish
1 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 Tbsp. white Vinegar
10 Bacon Slices, Chopped
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1 Avocado
Salt
Pepper
