Former Philadelphia police Officer Eric Snell changed his plea mid-trial to guilty Thursday to the allegation he sold drugs stolen by the now disbanded Baltimore police Gun Trace Task Force. Snell now admits he sold cocaine and heroin in Philadelphia that was stolen in Baltimore by members of the GTTF.
