Security video shows Parma police officers rushing to help Nicholas L. Shorter, a 1-year-old boy who appeared to have a stab wound to his chest when he was found Saturday in the trunk of his father's car outside the police department. The father, Jason Shorter, is charged with aggravated murder in the boy's death.
