Black Friday holiday cost unclear

The administration says GovGuam's Black Friday holiday comes with a $150,000 price tag - and that's just for the line agencies. It costs $810,000 a day to pay GovGuam employees, but since they are paid anyway to say Black Friday costs taxpayers a million dollars is not accurate, according to administration officials.
