Canyoning is another one of those adrenaline activities you need to try at least once. I headed up to the Lake District in May and went Canyoning in Coniston in Church Beck with Joint Adventures. As you can see, we abseiled down a waterfall, did rock jumping and rock sliding. Well worth doing in you're in the Coniston area for a weekend :)
