Let's make some very simple Halloween themed meringue cookie bites.  This is about as simple you can get when making meringue cookies.  Simple to make, and they make a great treat for kids because of their tiny size.  We'll whip up egg whites and sugar, add some Wilton food coloring, and make some crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside Halloween treats.
