The Fitness Journeys - Along the Beach DVD has five different 'journeys' to choose from with each one carrying you forward over the smooth sand of never-ending beaches. Take a morning walk at the water's edge, enjoy the turquoise water and brilliant white clouds in bright blue skies, and end your day with a jog as the sun sets over the sea. All tracks repeat automatically allowing longer exercise sessions and a Play All function lets you play all 5 in turn.

Great video, very soothing. I enjoy walking and/or jogging up to 4 miles daily and the DVD I purchased, assist me with doing both, on my Incline trainer machine.

Review of Virtual Walk DVD: Fitness Journeys - Along the Beach DVD 

First of all, let me say that I love the "Fitness Journeys" from The Ambient Collection! They are all interesting changes from TV. I love nature and cannot always get outside to enjoy it. This collection takes me there, wherever I choose to go. There are three soundtracks to choose from, but nothing really distinguishes one from the other. All three are waves washing in and occasional gulls calling. There is no music at all. Perhaps a music option would be nice for some people. Part of the tracks has the water to my left and part of them is filmed with the water to my right. At some points I passed flocks of sea gulls and could hear them calling. This is beautiful! The speed of the camera seems to match my stride no matter what speed I set my treadmill or elliptical to. I don't feel that it is dragging behind or that I have to rush to keep up. All in all, a BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY! I can definitely feel the spray on my face and the sand between my toes!

I have bought about 6 of your Fitness Journey DVDs and I like them very much. I watch them while I am on my treadmill and not only am I getting fitter by walking and running I find that the beautiful scenery shown on your DVDs has a meditative effect on my mind as well, helping me to get fit and also to relax after a stressful day at work. I love listening to the birds and other nature sounds on the DVDs and find I can get myself into the "zone" where I can imagine that I am walking along a tropical road, an outback road in Australia or along the beach.

I hope you continue to produce these DVDs and I have subscribed to your YouTube page so that I can be informed of any new videos that you upload.
