CyberRev's CR Games #1 Launch Video!

I would like to announce a few changes that I'm doing with CyberRev. I'm going to start making good use of the large supply of old school games and consoles that I have here. A lot of you probably know about the CyberRev Gaming House that I've started when Steel was here last summer. I'm going to expand on this idea in an effort to provide entertaining content for the competitive gaming community. Many years ago when CyberRev was a team in FarCry, I launched something we called the "CR Games". This was a weekly event that we held for team members as well as friends of the team. It was basically a collection of mini games that we made up in FarCry that our guys would compete in to earn month. At the time we put in $40 per week into this. When we moved to CS:S, we brought the CR Games with us but since most of our time was invested in CAL we stopped running these because it was taking up a lot of our time. I've been working on bringing these back because the were really fun to host and the community loved them. In order to bring these back I needed help, so I partnered with friend that i've known since I was 18 years old. He will be working with me to help run and fund the CR Games, CyberRev in general and larger projects coming early next year. The CR Games will be held in 2 different ways. #1: Console and PC LAN at the CyberRev Gaming House #2: Online CR Games held in our server (provided by www.cogameservers.com) One example of a CR-Game would have me on CT side, everyone else on T side. They would try to hunt me down and be the first to kill me. ( as i fight back, no bomb plants ) When someone gets a kill, they earn 1 point. First to 5 would win something like $40-50. We will be hosing the Gaming House version with local friends as well as competitive gamers that we will bring down occasionally. This is starting as we speak. The online version of the CR Games will be held in our servers with current/past CyberRev members and friends. We are also working on our plan to have members of other organizations take part in these events to represent his/her organizations. The winner of the event will earn cash for himself and his sponsor. (Player earns $50 for example, the owner of his organization will also earn $50). It might not sound like that much but if a team/player wins a lot it will add up really fast and go a long way in paying the cost of hosing a website, league/lan fee's and other stuff. We plan to host them in both CS:S and CS:GO for now, but may move to just one game in the future. Only legit gaming organizations will be invited so Blight is not welcome. This is all free, we will not charge for anything. This is something we're doing to help make e-sports fun for casual gamers, entertain the competitive gaming community and help out good organizations who might not have a ton of support.
