This is the title track of the lovely female duo 15&'s first studio album. It's an R&B soul track with a trendy melody in pop style and an old school sound that is reminiscent of Motown's songs. It is a sweet song that compares love to sugar, and it gives a glimpse into how young teenage girls feel when they're in love.
