I talk to Matt Sampson right outside the polls on election day. This is the first election in Minneapolis with "Instant Runoff Voting", and it has already produced some interesting results, in that two of Robert Lilligren's opponents, Laura Jean and Mike Tupper, campaigned together and cooperated against the incumbent for his Ward 6 City Council seat.
