Tuning
Drop A (AEAD)

Sting Gauges
Up the gauge on your strings for the tension, especially if you're using a four sting

Alt Pick
Use and "up-down" motion in your picking; it's for speed. Some people saying using your fingers is better for bass, that may be but this song is fast and is better done with a pick, Paul (Slipknot uses a pick)

Practice
Play the song over and over and over and practice with it
