This is one of those shut up and GTFO episodes of Average Guy Gourmet lol. So I do a lot of well let's turn that dish into a Bacon Cheeseburger. I have done Egg Rolls, Tacos, Pies, Dips.. tons of stuff. So I was having some loaded nachos with my son and though man I needed some Bacon Cheeseburger Loaded Fries!! I don't just mean throwing some ground beef on top of fries and call them Cheeseburger Fries. No we have to really flavor that and make it totally worthy of being a Bacon Cheeseburger recipe. So come on you know it doesn't matter if you make these Loaded Fries as a snack, a side, for lunch, for a get together this recipe is 100% winning! So when you make these (not if cause I know you will make them lol) make sure to take a picture and post them to my Facebook page!

Total Time: 35 Minutes
Makes: 4 Servings

Fries:
1-1/2 lb. French Fries
3/4 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
1 Onion , Chopped
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1-1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Salt 

Sauce:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Dill Relish
1 Tbsp. Onion, Minced
2 tsp. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Sugar
