This week marks three years until the kick off of the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Organizers unveiled a new high-speed train and gave a preview of the construction already under way. But concerns still loom over whether the benefits of such large-scale construction will last once the games are over. VOA's Julia Ritchey has more from London.
