Critics Question Cost of AIDS Conference

The 17th International AIDS Conference came to a close in Mexico City August 8. It was one of the biggest -- it cost over $25 million to put on and drew more than 24,000 participants from all over the world. But, as VOA's Greg Flakus reports from Mexico City, some critics have questioned whether the money was well spent.
