So after building the 8700k gaming and streaming rig for my buddy Perpetual Gamer I decided to do gaming benchmarks. But because we are using such a powerful CPU and GPU I decided to do a no-compromise series of tests.

Basically in alot of gaming situations there are certain settings that have no real benefit, like really high Anti Aliasing, or shadows, or certain texture settings, so those are usually turned off or lower for a better gaming experience.

Well this is no compromise so every possible setting was left at the highest possible option with extra settings enabled to see how much of a FPS loss was incurred at 1080P.

Games Tested

Ark 3:50
Battle field 1 4:25
CSGO 5:00
Fallout 4 5:35
GTA V 6:11
Total Warhammer 2 6:40
Witcher 3 7:11

System:
8700k (OC to 5.0) 1.36v
3200 16 Ram Kit (Stable at 2933)
GTX 1080 TI FTW Hybrid (Not OC)
Motherboard Asus z370 E Gaming

Temps
Idle 41c
Load 75-85c
99% CPU - 90+C
