Madeira Police: Pizza delivery driver finds missing woman

MADEIRA, Ohio (WKRC) - Madeira Police said on Thursday that a woman who they have been searching for has been found alive.

"Larissa Kosel has been located and is being treated by medical personnel. At this time our investigation is ongoing and we will not be releasing additional information. We will be happy to provide an update tomorrow Friday the 19th. Thanks to everyone who assisted and offered assistance to the Madeira Police Department," said the department in a Facebook post.

According to a 911 call, a pizza delivery driver found Kosel when he stopped to drop off a pizza at a home on Shawnee Run Road in Indian Hill. 

The driver told the dispatcher Kosel wouldn't speak and that she got into his car when he went to the customer's door. 

The driver said she didn't appear to be harmed but might need a blanket and something warm to drink. 

Police had made at least two separate alerts asking for help in locating Kosel. 

Police said that she suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and that she was last seen by her family on Shawnee Run Road. They had no idea where she went and added that she didn't take a car with her.
