DigInfo- http://movie.diginfo.tv/ Yonei recently developed it's Impurity Detector which searches for ultra-small foreign items in pet bottles. Some of these impurities include gaskets, iron, glass chips and hair. First this goes into the assembly line and it spins the bottles around at a high speed then we stop it we have three cameras set up and each takes a picture of the bottle. We can compare the first picture with the second one. Since the liquid inside the bottle is still swirling and foreign matter moves at a different speed than water we can detect it. It can inspect up to 600 bottles per minute.
