Jumbo Prawns Curry
Ingredients
1. 5 jumbo prawns
2. 1 large onion paste
3. 1 large tomato pureed
4.aprx 10 garlic pods, 1 inch ginger, aprx 7 green chillies( grind it into fine paste)
5.2 bay leaves
6.5 cardamom
7.1 inch cinnamon
8.8 black pepper corns
9.2 cloves
(grind it into fine powder)
10. 4 tbsp mustard oil
11. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
12.t tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
13.1 tsp fish curry powder
14.1 tsp cumin powder
15.Salt as per taste
