My first public lecture that was video taped after the 9/11 attacks, in 2002 to NAIC (National Air Intelligence Center) - part of the US Air Force. The center is now called NASIC (National Air and Space Intelligence Center). This was part of their Chief Scientist Lecture Series.

This is a comprehensive presentation on my foreign policy views regarding the 9/11 attacks, what should be done, and why it won't be.
