Ingredients : 
4-5 boiled potatoes
4-5 tomatoes
1 cup peas
2 table spoon besan
2 tea spoon corriander powder
1 tea spoon turmeric
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
1 tea spoon kasuri methi
1 tea spoon grated ginger
3-4 paper corns
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
1 table spoon desi ghee
2 table spoon oil
