Gas leak problem

So I've noticed on the filter it fills up all the way and .asked the car leak from the bushing arm. Could possibly be the needle float filling up when I turn off the engine gas keeps going to the carb. This time however it went back to the fuel pump. I don't think the problem is fixed it kinda comes and goes. Until I get my rebuilt carb from Tim (volksbits) this carb will need to stay in. BTW I don't drive this daily.
