Union Pacific northbound manifest freight train on the UP Fresno Sub with UP 7646, UP 7668, UP 8987, and UP 9634 passing the 14th Avenue railroad crossing after the new relay case was switched on and old one switched off and after the new gated masts were installed. The "new" gated masts counterweight arms and bases are used but the WCH mechanisms and mast pole are new which replaced the WABCO gated masts that were here still laying on the ground after being replaced. Theirs now only a few WABCO masts in the Sacramento County region at the Roseville Rd crossing and at the 24th Ave crossing but that crossing isn't used. West Sacramento also has a few WABCO signals but thats Yolo County. The bell sequence also has been changed from ring till gates rise to ring through whole activation. Not sure if it'll stay light that but looks like it. The sequence change comes from the crossing now running off the new relay case. Another thing that gives it away that the new relay case is now in use is because of now some of the LED lights now flicker on camera. The new masts bases look like Safetran. Interesting that they took the WABCO/US&S extension arm that goes on WABCO or US&S counterweight arms and put it on a WCH counterweight arm on the left signal. If you noticed towards the end the video looks different is because my camera died and I had to pull out and record with my phone.
