On April 19, 2017, at 12:25 pm, the victim, a 15 year-old male who is a student at Delaware Valley High School, was walking to a food cart at 13th and Chancellor Streets when an unknown black male approached him and asked him for the time. When the complainant pulled his iPhone 7 out to give the male the time, the suspect snatched the phone from his hand. When the victim attempted to grab the suspect he lifted his sweatshirt showing the complainant the handle of a handgun then fled on foot and was last seen on 13th Street towards Walnut Street.

Suspect Description: Black male, 18 years-of-age, dark complected, bumps on his nose and cheek, 5’9”, wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, red gray and white Nike Air Max sneakers.
