A full review of the T54E1, the American tier IX medium introduced in update 3.4. Not a tank that has lot going for it, and it is certainly not the inexperienced player. But the burst damage capability will save you at times, if you manage to live with the long reload between clips.

That long reload does mean you do have the time to asses the situation carefully, so if you have good awareness, you can do a lot of damage. 1200 per clip is good, so pen two full clips and you do your damage worth.
