Mayor Travis Mitchell laid out his vision for Uptown -- a 137-acre parcel of land behind the performing arts center. The plan calls for sit-down restaurants, boutique and destination retail, playscapes and parks, as well as conference and sports venues with wide sidewalks and plenty of parking.
